Totara Hospice South Auckland (THSA)
A Special General Meeting, followed by the 36th Annual General Meeting 
is to be held on Wednesday 31 October at 7 p.m.
in the Francis Fennell Conference Centre, Totara House,
140 Charles Prevost Drive, Manurewa

Nominations are invited for the election of members to the Board of Trustees of THSA

1. Special General Meeting of Totara Hospice South Auckland
The business of the Special General Meeting is to adopt the following amendments to the Constitution and Rules by a Resolution to be passed by at least three quarters of those Friends of the Hospice present: 

(a) That Rule 1 be deleted and replaced with:
1. Name
The name of the Charitable Trust is “Totara Hospice”

(b) That Rule 2, the definition of “Trust” be replaced with:
Trust means the Trust named Totara Hospice, incorporated under the Act and having this Constitution and Rules

The 14th Annual General Meeting 
is to be held Wednesday 31 October 2018 following the
