Your donations of saleable items help people and the environment! The funds raised from selling quality clothing, furniture and household items that you have kindly donated goes directly to help patients and their families and ensure that goods stay in use and out of landfills.
Our Hospice Charity Shops run on the generosity of our community. If you have donations of saleable items please check the opening hours of the Distribution Centre or shop closest to you and just drop them into us. We appreciate receiving goods during our opening hours as items left outside of our shops are often stolen or damaged.
We are pleased to have available Totara Hospice Donation Stations – These can be placed at your work, club or community event to collect donations of ‘Just the Good Stuff’ – including pre-loved clothing, homewares, books, bric-a-brac, antiques and collectables.
It’s easy – we will deliver a Donation Station to your address where you and your friends and colleagues can place donations of 'Just The Good Stuff' into and arrange collection for a date that suits you. From there all donations are sorted and redistributed into our 6 Hospice Shops to continue Making Hospice Happen.
To request a Donation Station please contact Willie Singleton on 09 298 3108 or email fundraising@hospice.co.nz

For larger items, or if you are unable to drop off any donations, we are happy to pick up your second hand goods direct from your home, office or storage facility.
To arrange a pick up, please call (09) 298 3108 between 9.00am and 3.00pm. Alternatively you can email our Distribution Centre Manager on willie.singleton@hospice.co.nz.
We accept ‘Just the Good Stuff’'! Items that sell well are clothing, accessories, jewellery, homewares, furniture, bric a brac, antiques and collectables. Other items that our community love buying are books, DVD’s and small electrical appliances.
Thanks for thinking of the Totara Hospice Retail Charity Shops and we look forward to receiving your donated items.
