We use the information only for fundraising purposes and to keep our donors informed about our activities. Use the information in our database for statistical and other purposes relating to our fundraising work. We will not share our supporter database with any other organisation and, unless otherwise legally required, will not give your personal information to anyone else without your prior consent. We try to keep our database up-to-date. Anyone whose personal details are on our database may request and correct those details at any time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS OR DISPUTES
In the event of a quality issue with any of our merchandise, THSA will be happy to refund or replace any of the purchased goods upon return and inspection of the originally purchased item(s) within 28 days of purchase. THSA will consider exceptional circumstances for refunds of donations, if you have made a donation you need to withdraw or dispute please contact us.
DELIVERY & RECEIPTING
Delivery costs are provided through the online shop order form when purchasing merchandise. Receipts for purchases and donations will be issued within 7-10 days. Regular giving donations will be issued at the end of each financial year.
