REFUNDS, RETURNS OR DISPUTES
In the event of a quality issue with any of our merchandise, TH will be happy to refund or replace any of the purchased goods upon return and inspection of the originally purchased item(s) within 28 days of purchase. TH will consider exceptional circumstances for refunds of donations, if you have made a donation you need to withdraw or dispute please contact us.
DELIVERY & RECEIPTING
Delivery costs are provided through the online shop order form when purchasing merchandise. Receipts for purchases and donations will be issued within 7-10 days. Regular giving donations will be issued at the end of each financial year.
