​Who We Are

We are a certified provider of specialist of palliative care services and have a large, professional multidisciplinary team including palliative care specialist doctors, nurses, cultural support and social workers amongst many others.

We cover the area of South and South East Auckland providing hospice based palliative care to any eligible person living with a life limiting condition such as cancers, heart, lung or kidney failure or neurological diseases such as motor neurone disease can access hospice services.

We strongly believe that hospice is a philosophy of care rather than just a place of care. This means that we provide in-patient, out patient and day hospice services. However our largest service is our community palliative care service which provides hospice care within peoples own homes. Hospice care ensures there is a focus on ensuring that in every way possible a persons final journey is experienced with comfort, care and dignity and their family is supported throughout. 

We are privileged and proud to provide services within one of the most culturally diverse areas of New Zealand and as such the provision of culturally appropriate services is a key objective of our hospice.
