

Prize Conditions
- Team and Individual prizes will be rewarded to the team and individual that raises the most sponsorship funds. These funds must be paid to Hospice South Auckland by 5pm, Monday 17th May 2010. Funds paid after this date will not considered for prize nomination.
- The winning team leader and individual will be notified by phone or email on Monday May 24th 2010. Delivery of prizes will be discussed at this time.
- JR Duty Free vouchers can only be redeemed when travelling outside of NZ.
- Prizes cannot be won by Hospice South Auckland staff.
- All prizes are non-negotiable and will not be exchanged for cash.
Pacific Blue Conditions
- The flights are non-redeemable for cash.
- Airport taxes, government levies, departure taxes and any other costs related to international travel other than base ticket price are the responsibility of the traveller/s. All costs (apart from CHC and WLG departure taxes which are paid at the airport prior to departure) must be paid for with a credit card at the time of booking.
- Travel is on confirmed space basis (i.e. you won’t be bumped off a flight) but it is still subject to ‘promotional seat’ availability at the time of booking. This means you may have to be flexible with your travel dates.
- Travel requests must be submitted by email to promotions@flypacificblue.com at least one month prior to the requested departure date. Requests cannot be submitted via the Pacific Blue Guest Contact Centre.
- Tickets/Vouchers are non-transferable - name changes are not permitted once flights have been requested.
- Blackout periods apply during peak travel periods. You cannot take these flights during NZ or AU school holidays or other peak times such as Easter and public holidays.
- Flights are valid for travel for the period stated on the travel voucher. This expiry date will not be extended.
- Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $50 change fee per Guest per change.
- Pacific Blue Terms and conditions of carriage and any International procedures apply.
- Flights must be taken prior to November 30th 2010.
