Annual General Meeting Oct 09
The Annual General Meeting of Hospice South Auckland will take place at Totara Lodge, 140 Charles Prevost Drive, Manurewa, on Wednesday 14th October 2009 at 7pm.
The Annual General Meeting of the South Auckland Hospice Development Charitable Trust will be held following the HSA Annual General Meeting.
Nominations are invited for the election of members to the Board of Trustees.

At the AGM in October last year the Constitution and Rules of Hospice were amended to improve and clarify the definition of “Friends of the Hospice”.
The purpose of “Friends of the Hospice” is to provide a support group for all activities of the Board and an electorate from which Members are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Only registered Friends of Hospice are eligible to vote at the AGM. If you wish to become a registered Friend, please phone Lynette on 6400257 for an application form.
