Wine Makers Lunch Sep09
Last year the Rotary Club of Otahuhu held a Winemakers tapas style lunch and auction which raised $12,000 for Hospice South Auckland. This event was well supported and the feedback very positive with requests to organise another fundraiser lunch in October 2009.
Again the lunch will be tapas style with special wines matched to each course. We will be privileged to experience recipes from television chefs Rick Stein, Mario Batali, Peter Gordon, Nobu Matshutisa, Jamie Oliver, Nigela Lawson and New Zealand’s Fraser Slack with winemakers who are supporting this charity event.
Hospice South Auckland Ambassator Valerie Vili winner of the World Games in Berlin will join us for an exclusive interview with TV personality Brooke Howard-Smith at this years event. Tell your friends, make up a group and join us in welcoming Valerie and Brooke to another superb day of gastronomic delight.
