On 22nd March 2009 from 2.00p.m. to 5.30p.m. Hospice South Auckland will be holding a special jazz and wine fundraiser at Ayrlies Garden Whitford. We are delighted to have the support of Annah Stretton and other figures in the fashion world for this event which will be hosted by National Radio and Television Personality Maggie Barry. Maggie is the newly appointed Patron of Hospice New Zealand.
With live and silent auctions, entertainment in the Garden, a fashion parade by Annah Stretton and other designers and various stalls where you can purchase local and unique items, this will be a great summers afternoon. A glass of wine, or two, and delicious finger food complete a fabulous afternoon’s entertainment.
Enjoy a stroll in the beautiful Arylies Garden situated in Whitford, the perfect venue for this fun filled afternoon. Arylies Garden has been sculptured enthusiastically from bare paddocks by Beverly McConnell and her late husband Malcolm. A seasonal garden where the challenge is to have some plant or vista at its best every week of the year. A garden filled with moments of drama and lots of heady perfume!
